Love me some General Colin Powell! I have seen this guy speak on several occasions, and have walked away, marveling, at how intelligent and thoughtful he is. This is a great man, and I truly wish that he would have run for President. I think he could've done some real good for our country. This book is full of some interesting stories on how he developed his own style of leadership through life's experiences. It's a quick and entertaining read.
